Love is in the air, especially for our AMA Houston volunteers. If you’ve volunteered for us in the past 12 months, enjoy a night of fun on us at Sullivan’s Steakhouse on Feb. 23. Complete with hors d’voeures, networking and an exclusive CEO presentation, it’s our way of showing our heartful appreciation for all that you do. From monthly programs to big events and everything in between, we couldn’t do it without you!
Brian Fielkow, CEO of Jetco Delivery and Jetco Delivery’s Marketing Director Lisa Sursavage will present “Strong on the inside- unbeatable on the outside” about the impact of company culture and employee satisfaction on the bottom line. They’ll share how they have built their company’s culture, and how marketing professionals can do the same.
Attendees will learn:
- How your culture decommoditizes you
- How to build and brand internal culture
- How to integrate your culture into your value proposition
